Github Line Comments in Task Navigation IDEA IntelliJ

Using Github and IntelliJ IDEA with task context integration with my Github rep.

If another user creates inline file compilation comments, or comments in general on a pull request, can I see them inside IDEA? I thought it might be part of Projects(config) | Tasks | Navigation | Configured annotations...

But they are empty and I'm not sure what my syntax should be.

Any suggestions.
