Code Signing Mismatch Error

I am in the process of archiving my application, however I am having a problem.

Basically I am getting this error:

Error: The embedded binary is not signed with the same certificate as the parent application. Verify that the embedded binary code point character settings match the parent application.

I see that code signing is indeed incompatible, however I was unable to locate the "Embedded Binary Signing Certificate" location to fix the problem. Can anyone advise me where I can change this?
