Xcode 6 Launch Image for iPhone 6 plus

Where do I need to place the @ 3x image in the Launch Screen section. No room for @ 3x under Launch Image.

Even if I put the @ 3x image in my resource. It is not automatically picked up. Can anyone tell me how we can use the @ 3x image in Xcode 6 for the forward slash.

In your xcassets file, you need to check the attribute inspector of the LaunchScreen section. You can check the "iOS8 and later" (portrait and landscape) checkbox.



When you do, you will see the Retina HD 5.5 and Retina HD 4.7 placeholders.
