Rsyslog EscapeControlCharactersOnReceive can't work in omfwd module?

I am using rsyslog omfwd for logging and collecting, "\ t" was changed to "# 011" rsyslog. I tried using "$ EscapeControlCharactersOnReceive off" and saw that the omfile result of my external server is right, but the redirected server can no longer handle the logline (I can see that the NIC traffic stream continues to flow, but the stream is off to 0).

I put "$ EscapeControlCharactersOnReceive off" in both the central rsyslog.conf server and restarted it, no change.
