Change the language of offline speech recognition

I have successfully integrated offline speech recognition in my glass app by following these steps: link .

But I couldn't find a way to change the recognition language. Is it possible or not?

(The language files must exist somewhere, maybe I can just replace them for another language when there is no better option.

I am assuming it is using files from data / data / com.google.glass.voice / files)
