I guess this is an xml parsing issue, but I just can't see where it is. I read several articles on this topic and nothing helped:
I have this spring mvc config:

If you look at your schema locations, you will see a line containing http://www.springframework.org/schema/security
.
This line breaks the expected format, the format should be [namespace] [xsd-location] . This line will basically mess up the correct format. To fix this problem, either add the xsd location or remove the line. To prevent this, I generally stick to the format in the xsi: schemaLocation attribute layout as well (if you format accordingly, it is quite obvious that this part is missing).
