Xcode 6 Can't Change Signature Profile

I have the same question as the question here: Xcode 6 - How to choose a certificate / profile signature for Ad-Hoc distribution?

I have updated the profile that I have downloaded and installed, but whenever I try to export to ipa for uploading in Testflight, I cannot change the profile that he wants to sign ipa and I have to sign him XC provisioning profile. How can I change this? And if I want to install Xcode 5 in order to sign it, I can't figure out how to do that?

If you mean the old Testflight, just install their Desktop App and use it to download the test version. It allows you to choose a provisioning profile and even create an IPA for you.
