Failed to install Unicorn on Windows

I cannot install Unicorn on localhost (OS - Windows 8).

>gem install unicorn

Why? What am I doing wrong? How can I fix this?

I am using Ruby on Rails 4.1.4 by the way.

Unicorn has no native Windows support .
