Converting a Github user to an organization

I created a new Github user and then I tried to convert that user to an organization, but I get "No owners or emails". mistake. In the Select Organization text box, I entered my other Github account username. I followed Github help https://help.github.com/articles/converting-a-user-into-an-organization , but I can't seem to convert user to organization. Any help?

Once you've entered the new owner's account name, you need to click the "select" button to actually select the new owner.



Then you should press "create organization".
