Redirect from http to https automatically to inline jetty

My requirement is when I enter the url http://ip:port

in the browser then it automatically goes to https://ip:port

how I am implementing this using jetty inline.

I am starting an https server as follows, but didnt know how to implement an automatic direct, my jetty version is 8.1.14.v20131031

There is a bug in eclipse to add this handler as a standard function .

Update # 2:

bug fixed / fixed , new one org.eclipse.jetty.server.handlers.SecuredRedirectHandler

will be available in next Jetty release.
