Differences between simulator and storyboard view

I am currently using Xcode 6 Beta 6 for this thread. I have one viewer app for iOS 8.0 and iPhone only. This single kind has meaning Inferred

under Attribute Inspector

> Simulated Metrics

.

I didn't try to apply at first Add Missing Constraints

, as I'm trying to expand the view to support the same layout for both 3.5 "and 4" display. After starting the current view - WYSIWYG on the simulator. This is beautiful and correct. When I tried to apply Add Missing Constraints

, the changes were applied to the base storyboard as well as the device previews. But when I tried to run the application on the simulator, it was not the same.

What's wrong here?
