Command line to complete the Acrobat Action Wizard from VBA

I created an Action Wizard in Adobe Acrobat Pro 11 and named it "myAcrobatAction".
I want to use it automatically in Outlook using VBA code.

Is there a way to invoke a user-defined Acrobat action through the command line or some other way so that I can insert the command into VBA code to execute it from Outlook / Excel application, etc.
