Scaling text on iPhone 6/6 plus

It looks like fonts other than the system font will be zoomed in significantly on the iPhone 6 (especially a plus). Is there a way to deal with this simply to use smaller fonts when on a big screen? In my case, I mostly use Arial-BoldMT. Likewise, the keyboard is also scaled by default. Is this related to the same problem? Thank!
