How do you force reload the Today extension binary

When I install my app that contains widget updates from TestFlight on my device, the new binary for my Today extension doesn't seem to be captured. Only after rebooting my device do I start to see the desired changes

Is there a way to force reload the binary? So far, I am increasing the CFBundleVersion in both plist files for the extension and main application. However, this has no effect.

Any insight would be appreciated
