How to remove binary from XCode 6 App Submission menu?

I'm trying to submit my app for beta testing (I'd rather go the iTunes Connect distribution route). However, it fails when trying to check the .o file shown below. I would like to remove it from this list below.

I remember accidentally dragging this file outside of the project in the project navigator.

Proceed to the phases of your target build. In the copy package resources, you may have some code files that you shouldn't. Removing them fixed the problem for me.
