Calling offline registration / activation of visual studio 2013 Express?

I have visual studio 2013 express installed on an old computer with no network connection. Now, after 30 days, I need to log into an online account to renew my license, otherwise I will not be able to continue using it. Does anyone know how to update a license offline?
