How to test LAN-based software on multiple computers

We have developed remote monitoring software that works on lan / wlan network.

We want to test the product on 50-100 machines.

I tried networking VMWare, but I could simulate 2 ips on 1 machine.

Tried network modeling tools on the web but nothing works!
