Cesar Cipher problem (C)

The purpose of this code is to create a Caesar cipher that encodes only 3-key alphanumeric characters, where the 1st letter is increased by the 1st key, the 2nd character by the 2nd key, the 3rd character by the 3rd key, 4- 1st character by 1st key, etc. with wrapping (Z + 1 β†’ a), (a - 1 β†’ Z).

I completed the assignment completely, the only problem I ran into is that my negative hyphenation is not working (a - 1 -> Z). It asks for keys, accepts input, and then returns nothing (but still allows the user to enter and enter without any results). Here is my code:

I found a bug. My while loop for negative wrapper assigns values ​​to key1 instead of key2 / 3.
