Aspell-python installation error

I am trying to install the aspell-python package for spell fixing. Facing problems while installing the package.

Mistake:

python setup.py install
running install
running build
running build_ext
building 'aspell' extension

GCC already installs gcc version (Ubuntu / Linaro 4.7.2-2ubuntu1) 4.7.2

libaspell15 already installs
