Is the English OK button acceptable for Japanese dialogue?

For what it's worth, Microsoft seems to be quite satisfied with "OK" in the Japanese user interface, according to their localization guide:
I'm not a native Japanese speaker, but my personal student experience is that "OK" will be a completely normal UI element. The Latin alphabet is widely used for loanwords in Japan, so it won't look strange to everyone.
