Unable to add new app to iTunes Connect (popup menu error)!

This is very silly as Apple does not issue a warning or anything like that, but where you log in, there is an updated license agreement on the main page. You need to click on it and agree with it after reading it and once it is confirmed, going back to add an application section, you can press a button and it will show you a menu.
