Wisyhtml5 (rails-4) image button is not working correctly

Question

I am using stone bootstrap-wysihtml5-rails

with Rails-4.

My problem is that the image button inserts a (almost) empty tag img

and the image url gets lost:

<img alt="">

The link button works fine.

Some idea?

After updating the bootstrap-wysihtml5-rails gem from 0.3.3.1 to 0.3.3.6, the image insertion works correctly.
