Magento default cart quantity 1 product not 0

Question

As per screenshot http://prntscr.com/507h9f the cart quantity is 0 by default. How can I set it to be 1? Thanks to

Try the following steps:

Go to Admin Panel -> System -> Configuration -> Inventory-> Product Stock Options

from the menu.
Click the Add Minimum Quantity button (next to the Minimum Qty Allowed in Shopping Cart option).
Select a customer group: ALL GROUPS as you want it to apply to all users.
Enter 1 for the minimum quantity.
Save configuration.
