How can I create BIOS BEEP from BUILD IN speaker using regular scripting language?

I want to create a beep like bios beep from the built-in speaker when the computer does not start from the speakers. I am using Windows 7 64bit. Tried a lot of things but everything is sounding in my headphones / speakers.

Third party software is also acceptable.

In Win 9.x, you first need to disable your sound card.

If you have searched on google you may know this now, but ...

Long story short, no, cannot do it or at least you cannot do it from scripting language

From Microsoft documentation

In Windows 7, Beep has been rewritten to send a default beep device for a session. This is usually a sound card, except when run under Terminal Services, in which case the beep is displayed to the client.

And here's why it works that way.

All alternatives include machine reconfiguration and / or driver replacement (see here )
