How do I unlock the rest of the developer options?

I have an Android phone that I wanted to use for development. I have unlocked developer options; however, the options appear incomplete. It only contains Burn , USB Debugging, and Allow Location Layout . There are no other parameters.

This is Lenovo A536 running Android Kitkat.

Edit: I tried to enable USB debugging mode but nothing appeared.
