Invalid URI for Visual Studio Nuget: Invalid Port

In VS2013 Package Manager Console, Install-Package command gives error Invalid URI: Invalid port specified By line: 1 char: 1 Category Information: Not specified: (:) [Install-Package], UriformatException FullyQualifiedErrorId: NuGetCmdletUnhandledException, NuGet.Powershell.Commands .GetPackageCommand

Do not use proxies. Where does the port indicate that it is complaining? How is this recorded? I've looked at other solutions on SO and none helped.
