About abstract summation of text (based on knowledge)

I am doing my 4th project in summarizing abstract text .

My task is to develop a text compiler using an abstract knowledge based method. I did some research on this topic and I found some research papers that were only theoretical parts and didn't mention it.

I have to complete this task in 2-3 months. Please offer any good resources and some ideas for this project.
