How can I check if a user agent is mobile or mobile?

How to determine if an ad was displayed in a mobile app or displayed in a mobile web browser.

What are the alternatives?

and. Can I distinguish traffic from app or mobile network based on user agent.

An example of user agent (s) here looks like this, but I cannot tell the difference

Mozilla/5.0 (iPhone; CPU iPhone OS 7_1_1 like Mac OS X) AppleWebKit/537.51.2 (KHTML, like Gecko) Mobile/11D201
