ITunes Connect Sales Reports Will Not Go On October 30th

I am trying to view Sales and Trends for my apps on iTunes Connect. I can see sales until Oct 30, when I try to change the dates to include all days until Nov 5, it does nothing.

It is possible that I had no sales between October 30th and November 4th, but yesterday I had three new apps approved and released, I know some of my friends downloaded them, so there must be some data to show.

Is there anything I can do to fix this? I have emailed Apple, but it may take 3 days for their response and I really want to get the latest numbers for my new app.

Update

It works magically for me today. And it looks like I had sales between October 30th and November 5th, so the issue cannot be due to lack of sales.

I had the same problem. I cleared my browser history and cache and now it works. If that doesn't work, try a different browser. I usually use Chrome. Before clearing Chrome cache / history, I decided to try Safari. Bad luck. Then I tried Firefox and it worked there.

There appears to be no sales data for days after October 31; iTunes Connect doesn't let me show the date in November. I contacted support and shared the results later.

Is there anything I can do to fix this?

I am using iTunes Connect app from Apple https://itunes.apple.com/app/itunes-connect/id376771144?mt=8 - it works fine (as long as I see the same outdated results in the browser)

This does not "fix" the problem, but if you create a new user in your account, it allows you to prompt for the current date. (November 5). Time will tell if it will decrease before October 30. NTN
