Android Keystore File

I work in a team and will be uploading to the android store soon. Now I have put apps on the play store before, but this is the first time I do this with a team of people. So I just have quick questions (which I tried to search for hikes, but my search engine skills didn't work for me).

1 - I will download this application. I will be creating a Keystore file on my local machine. But what if one of my teammates wants to push update? Can I just send him a file?

2 - I understand that if we lose the file, we pretty much did it. But can we upload it to a private (but shared) folder with Dropbox or something?

3 - What if we create a new application? Can a team use the same file for all applications created in the team?

Thank.

Yes, if you send them a file, they can also sign the application.

Right. Make sure you have multiple copies of the file, but also make sure they are kept in very safe places.

Yes, one keystore file can be used to sign multiple applications.

1- Yes, you can send your team members a keystore file anyway. Better to also send them the password used to create the keystore so it can be used.

2 Of course, just keep in mind to save where it will be safe. (i.e. not stolen / lost).

3- Key store can be used in all applications without any problem.
