IOS Quick Access Toolbar: Add a Custom Suggestion

Question

I want to add custom suggestions based on my application user (for example, say if it's a game, then based on the users he interacted with).

Ideally, these suggestions should be displayed while the input field is empty.

Any idea how to do this?
