Pycharm - how to delete _first_ project in project view?

Based on the path of the eclipse, I am still avoiding. So, as we read here: How do I delete a PyCharm project? you can only close the first project in the "project view" - no delete option.

So how do you delete the first project? Am I missing something in Piharma's logic?
