Collecting public real-time data on facebook
Is there any API for collecting public facebook data as a live feed. I read about the public root API for collecting data, but I can't apply that right now, nor is it free. Also open stream API, but deprecated and not supported. Is there any other way to get public data on facebook as a live feed?

Access to the public feed API is limited to a limited set of publishers and requires prior approval from Facebook. You cannot use the API at this time.
Meaning, there is no way to do this, at least not for you. It doesn't matter if you are using PHP, Node.js, or any other server language.
