ClassNotFoundException with Spring JavaConfigWebApplicationContext

I am getting the following error while I am trying to create a new Spring MVC webapp

ClassNotFoundException: org.springframework.config.java.JavaConfigWebApplicationContext

      

        
        
        
      

    

Oddly enough, JavaConfigWebApplicationContext is in the following dependency

It doesn't seem to work as I don't remember how to explicitly add the said dependency to other Spring projects. I must have configured the application incorrectly. Here's my config
