Starting websphere server from RAD hangs on "Server server1 open for e-business"

I recently installed RAD and tried to start the websphere server.

In the log, it hangs at the following line and ends after timeout:

Server server1 open for e-business

Thanks for the help.

In my case, I made the following configuration, which solved the problem and the server started.



Double click on the server (on the servers tab). In Server connection type and administrative ports select Automatically detect connection settings and save the changes.

Your workspace folder / name could be a problem.

installing WAS. When it moved to C: \ was8 everything started working correctly. By default it is placed in c: \ Program Files ... and it hangs at 23%

and. Use websphere jre to replace sun hotspot vm to trigger eclipse as below in eclipse.ini



-vm
D:/IBM/WebSphere/AppServer/java/bin/javaw.exe

b. Make sure there is no special character in the websphere or workclace eclipse path (eg 23%).
