Org mode, show a different background on the current line or alternate even / odd lines org

In wider tables in org mode, it is difficult to see the current row.

In emacs org mode table, is there a way to display a different background for the current line, or an alternate background for even / odd lines?

(I'm not interested in exporting, although if the even / odd alternate background exported that would be nice too)

Don't know what I know, but (while editing) you can use Mx hl-line-mode to see the highlighted current line clearly.

provides stripe-table-mode

which provides odd / even row highlighting for corporate tables. (It also gives you stripe-listify-buffer

, which provides similar line highlighting for any list type buffer like dired, ibuffer, etc.)
