How to fix overlapping footer content when resizing
I have a problem with the template. It looks great on the big screen, like this:
But when I resize my browser, the content won't pop up the footer. Here's a picture:
Here is my code which is too long, so forgive me. index.php

Here is my Css, which is too long, so forgive me (I removed some irrelevant code).

How can I solve this so the page content will nudge the footer ... at any browser size. Any help is appreciated.

Removing position:absolute;
from footer
in css appears to work. Perhaps consider setting an absolute value on wider screen sizes using media queries if required position:absolute
(pardon the pun).
I have provided a snippet with absolute positioning removed, as well as a potential addition to the media query that was commented out but there to demonstrate.

The way Bootstrap sees how you want to resize for different screen sizes is contained in the column size identifiers. And every number is part of 12.
<div class="footer-col col-md-4">
means you want the footer to take up 4/12 of the screen on medium or higher media. To indicate that you want it to be different from different sizes, you would put something like
<div class="footer-col col-md-4 col-sm-12">
means you want it to take up 4/12 screens on medium devices or larger, and 12/12 screens on small devices to medium ones.

You have inline styling in your heading tag <img>
.
<img class="img-responsive" src="<?php echo base_url(); ?>assets/img/simple_img.png" alt="" style="height: 200px;">
I would recommend trying to use a new class in the tag <img>
and then apply a new query @media
to adjust the height for different screen sizes.
Also, the presence of the .img-responsive class on this element can also conflict with inline styling.
