Scheduled Tasks Not Running - Coldfusion Server Administration

I have a number of scheduled tasks that run at different times of the day. Since the transition from Coldfusion 7 to 10, these tasks have stopped working.

When I check the box that outputs the results to a file, I get a text file that says nothing more than "Connection error". I have tried everything imaginable with regard to the username and password for the task. It does not matter. When I run the CFM page in my browser, the page works correctly and generates an email as it should. I just can't get it to work as a scheduled event.

Does the scheduled tasks folder have any checks for the session or something else? I mean the scheduled task folder is accessible without login? Try to remove all redirection rules for the application. It might work.

For me, requests were timings. I increased the timeout in admin and resolved it. Doing cfhttp on a test file and dumping the results helped me fix it.
