How do I force the client to update Google Play services?

My app uses Google Cloud Messaging, which requires Google Play Services 5 or later. How to force client to update Google Play services without any user action (if version is lower than 5) ???

Devices running Android 2.3 or later with the Google Play Store app will automatically receive updates from Google Play services. Users meeting the above requirement will always receive the latest version of Google Play services. You can read more at https://developer.android.com/google/play-services/index.html
