How to set the current image to wamp

It was a real pain I am trying to install imagic for my local dev stack (windows 7).

I understand that I download and install the appropriate dll.exe from imagick , then I have to get the .dll to put in my php extension folder and access it in .ini.

All blogs and tutorials refer to links that no longer exist, can someone point me towards the corresponding dll.exe from imagick and .dll to put in php extensions folder
