3D WebGL in Cordoba on mobile

Is there a way to use WebGL in Cordova on mobile? If not, is there a mobile alternative?

I want ios support, mainly because android pedestrian already supports webgl.

Yes Support for WebGL on iOS8 and its WebView. so all Cordova / PhoneGap based apps will work as well.
