How to disable Hyper-V and install HAXM on Windows 8

I'm trying to install HAXM for android studio, but it shows an error:

My system now supports VT-x:

after that i tried to disable HYPER-V but when i try through cmd it shows error:

In a Windows function, I don't have the HYPER-V option:

I uninstalled my AVAST antivirus and I tried to disable HYPER-V via powershell but it doesn't work.

I am using Windows 8.1 64-bit with Intel i5

After searching the internet a lot about this problem, I finally found a solution that works for me. It is a hardware issue and I switched to Windows 8 PRO version and then everything worked just fine.

Take a look at this question, it also says the same:
I want to enable Hyper-V in Windows Features, but there is no Hyper-V option
