How do I automatically update a pivot table filter for all items in a google spreadsheet?

I have a google spreadsheet . The SourceData sheet contains the data referenced by the pivot table (sheet PT1). The chart uses a pivot table.

When a new date is entered in SourceData, for example 2015 - 09 Sep , I would like the filter in PT1 to include this new data / row.

If you look at the link, you can see that 2015 - 09 Sep is not in the graph because the filter is only set to 33 items and not all items. The filter was set up on all items, but when I add a new row to SourceData, it doesn't include the new data.
