IOS 8 Photo Editing Extension: Turn on my app to use another app extension

I have an application that can take pictures from a camera or library. I found many tutorials on how to create a photo editing extension ... But here I don't want to create an extension, but access from my application to an extension to customize an image imported in my application.

So for example:

• AppName1 has a photo editing extension. I have installed it on my iPhone.
• I launch my application (mine), select a picture from my library or shoot it from the camera.
• Now I have my photo, I would like to open this photo with the extension "AppName1", do some things and finally save the changes and return to my application.

Can this be done? Thanks for your help, I hope my explanations are clear;)
