Disable Rectangle Motion Behavior in Report Designer

SSRS recommends using report items inside rectangles. Markup with Rectangles

This allows you to move multiple items at once by moving the rectangle around. When you move the rectangle with the mouse, it works like a charm: the position of the Tablix inside the rectangle remains unchanged, so the Rectangle moves with all its content into place to a different position:

Move rectangle by mouse

However, when you manually (using the Top / Left properties in the property pane) reposition these rectangles in design mode, the rectangle moves, but the content stays in the same place. Therefore, whenever I do the same movement through the property bar (more precisely, IMHO), the content does not move with the rectangle and often even becomes invisible:

Move rectangle via properties

Whenever you change the position of the rectangle directly within the XML report (in "code mode"), the content moves correctly - but this is a rather tedious way.

Is there a way to get SSRS to move the content of the rectangles in design mode, even if the position of the rectangles is changed through the property bar?
