Chromed beta headers of 40 images rendered in Serif-style font

I noticed an interesting anomaly when running Chrome 40.0.2214.10 beta-m (64-bit) on Win7. Admittedly, I have yet to test this on other browsers.

In the screenshot below, you will see the eBay item pages - the first one has a title that appears as Serif (it's Times New Roman) in the Chrome title tab. The latter is rendered in the standard Sans-Serif Chrome font.

The url for the first example is below: http://ebay.com/itm/301399607776

My main question is whether I can reproduce any combination of markup, javascript or other parameters at the file or server level - or is this some unusual bug or setting in my local browser setting.

This is a bug with some characters in Chrome if you copy and paste (for example in Chrome's url bar):

Mickey Mouse Men's T-shirt

You will see the rendering issue appears in the input form. (Note: the character U+0091

appears between "n" and "s" in "Mens" here.)
