Downloading PersistentConnectionLogging.zip

Does anyone know where I can download this profile so that I can put it on my device for push debugging? All links on the internet and stackoverflow point this out:

https://developer.apple.com/library/ios/technotes/tn2265/_index.html#//apple_ref/doc/uid/DTS40010376-CH1-TNTAG6

but the link to download it is grayed out there, and there is no note on this page that says "replaced with ...." or "do it instead of ..." or whatever. What gives?

As of June 17, 2017, the PersistentConnectionLogging profile provided by Apple on this page has expired. However, if you are using an iOS 10 device, you no longer need a profile!

When your device is connected to your Mac, you can view real-time APNS logs in the console or in the Xcode device window.

Alternatively, you can follow these steps (PDF warning) to enable sysdiagnose to collect your logs.
