Kafka - closing (kafka.server.KafkaServer), problems starting Kafka-Server-Start

I'll start from the beginning. I have openSuse 13.2, I also have jdk_1.7.0_51, scala -2.11.4 and gradle -2.2.1. I downloaded the kafka-0.8.2-bet-src source and ran the commands. / gradlew where they were written in the readme file. All teams that worked with success, except for the test (93%, where it was successful, 19 failed), I got my releaseTarGz (kafka_2.11-0.8.2-beta.tgz). So everything goes right, I start zookeeper and it starts correctly, but when I start kafka-server start I get:
