When I open Visual Studio, it wants me to change, fix, or delete

I had Microsoft Visual C ++ 2012 Redistributable (x86) originally installed on my computer and I installed Community Edition 2013 Update 4: http://www.visualstudio.com/en-us/downloads/download-visual-studio -vs # DownloadFamilies_2 .

When it finished installing it worked fine, then I closed it and when I reopened it I wanted to change, repair or uninstall (could not get around it). I selected Repair, but when I close and reopen it again, it does the same and I cannot start Visual Studio.

Any direction towards solving this? Thanks to

Go similarly to this path on your computer C:\Program Files (x86)\Microsoft Visual Studio 11.0\Common7\IDE\devenv

(open devenv) and open the application directly devenv

, it will not give you any error about changing recovery.
