Add "Fallback Image" to "Google Web Designer" for Double Click banner ad

I am using Google Web Designer to create DoubleClick ad in HTML5.

DoubleClick's documentation says HTML5 ads should have a "fallback image" for browsers that don't have the ability to run HTML5, however I can't find an explanation on how to add it anywhere in their documentation, or on Google.

What's the best way to add it?

Log in to DoubleClick Studio after you have downloaded your html5 ad assets from GWD, find and click on your ad in the Ads section of the site - click the second File Management tab and then simply drag your backup image into the area. which lists all existing files.
